Villa Ava (4bedrooms) has 4 airconditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A spacious living room fully opened with a view on the swimming pool. The villa is ideal for big families or for group of friends that just need a quiet place to stay after a long day of shopping (and/or clubbing) in Seminyak, located only 2km away from the villa.
Surrounded by ricefields, wich adds a relaxing atmosphere to the villa, it is ideally located close to the beaches of Petitenget and Berawa.
A member of our personnal will be welcoming you at the villa to make sure you have anything you need or might want (such as car/bike rental for exemple).

Villa Ava is ideally located on Jalan Umalas I, close to the Nook Restaurants, a couple of minutes away from the busy streets of Seminyak, and 15min away from the beach.
Kindly note that there is a construction project not to far away which can cause a little noise inconvenience during day time only.
